Antelao & Pelmo Apartments — Two authentic shelters in the heart of the Dolomites
Welcome to the Antelao & Pelmo Apartments, two cozy mountain homes located in the same characteristic building in Borca di Cadore, along the historic Strada Alemagna that leads to Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Thanks to their privileged location, the apartments are the ideal base for experiencing the Dolomites in every season. In fact, a few steps away is the famous Dolomite Cycle Route, one of the most suggestive panoramic routes in the Alps, which connects Calalzo di Cadore to Cortina d'Ampezzo, crosses the Cimabanche Pass and reaches Dobbiaco, offering breathtaking views between Alpine forests, pristine valleys and the iconic Dolomite peaks, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The two apartments are the result of the restoration of traditional Alpine Stube, cleverly renovated to combine mountain charm with modern comfort. Wood, the protagonist of the rooms, together with the original details recovered and enhanced during the renovation, creates an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that invites relaxation.
Antelao Apartment
The Antelao Apartment is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends. Distributed on several levels, it offers large spaces designed to share moments of conviviality and relaxation.
On the ground floor there is a characteristic alpine-style living area with two comfortable sofas, dining area, television and a suggestive wood stove that helps to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped, has a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to cook independently.
On the first floor there is a sleeping area consisting of a bright double bedroom and a second bedroom with two bunk beds for a total of four beds. The floor is completed by a large contemporary bathroom with a spacious shower.
The top level houses the real jewel in the crown of the apartment: a beautiful attic dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, with a panoramic lounge area and a cinema area equipped with a projector and screen, perfect for evenings with friends.
Pelmo Apartment (Adults only)
Located on the right side of the building, the Pelmo Apartment is an intimate and romantic retreat, ideal for couples and mountain lovers.
The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a warm living area furnished in authentic Alpine style, with sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and kettle.
The sleeping area can be reached via a typical mountain loft staircase, characteristic and suggestive, but narrower and steeper not suitable for people with reduced mobility and children than a traditional staircase. Upstairs there is a romantic double bedroom embellished with a beautiful handmade wooden headboard, wardrobe and a view of the surrounding landscape.
Inside the room there is a private bathroom for exclusive use, complete with shower, sink and toilet and hand shower, which guarantees comfort and privacy during your stay.

Thanks to the presence of the two apartments in the same building, Antelao and Pelmo can be booked individually or together, representing an ideal solution for large groups, more families or groups of friends who want to spend a vacation sharing common areas but maintaining their independence and privacy.
