The entrance to the B&B is through a large gate that leads along a tree-lined avenue, where it is possible to park comfortably. Going up the stairs to a completely independent entrance, you will be greeted by Mrs. Piera, the landlady: an attentive, friendly host who is always available to satisfy your every need with warmth and discretion.

The accommodation is divided into a spacious apartment with attention to detail. Inside you will find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a corner with a fridge, kettle and mugs to prepare a hot drink at any time. Breakfast, served every morning, is one of the most pleasant moments of the stay, with homemade desserts and genuine products prepared by Mrs. Piera.

The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe and a practical desk ideal for working in smart working, and a second double bedroom equipped with a spacious walk-in closet and a chest of drawers. The large, well-finished bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Outside, the large garden offers a true oasis of tranquility, with a private pool for the exclusive use of guests, 5x11 depth 1.50, perfect for cooling off on summer days. Guests can also use a barbecue to prepare tasty barbecues and a covered table, ideal for outdoor lunches or dinners, perhaps enjoying the sunset in the quiet of the garden.

For those traveling by bike, there is a dedicated area for storing and maintaining bikes, making the B&B also perfect for cyclists who want to explore the many trails through nature, rivers and villages in the area.
